Counter Assault Bear Deterrent pepper spray was developed, in conjunction with the University Montana, as a means to protect people from bears in a non-lethal manner. Works on all bear species to deter bears from attacking humans with a 40ft spray distance at a 8 seconds spray duration. Counter Assault Bear Deterrent is lightweight, easily carried on the belt of a hunter, fisherman or backpacker. Contains 2% Capsaicin and related Capsaicinoids, the maximum allowed by law. Can has a Glow in the dark safety wedge with tie string. Made in Montana. Includes a nylon belt holster that fits both 8.1oz and 10.2oz Counter Assault Bear Spray canisters.
